I work with accomplished leaders who are successful on paper but want their leadership to feel more aligned, human, and sustainable. My belief: real high performance comes from leading in a way that's true to who you are, especially when the stakes are high or the world is accelerating with AI and economic swings.

My career spans 20 years across startups, retail, and Big Tech, in Canada and the UK before I spent the last 13 years at Google leading major retail accounts and global teams. I know what it feels like to carry a big role, hit your numbers, and still wonder if you're doing it right. I'm a trained coach with 105+ hours at the Co-Active Training Institute and seven years working with leaders inside Google and independently. I am also a coach for the IVEY EMBA program and the Google Search Honors program. 

 

But honestly, what I bring most is lived experience. I've navigated cancer, maternity leave, career pivots, and eventually leaving corporate life to build something of my own. I've had to figure out who I am as a leader when the institution is no longer doing it for me.
